They may have a customised lid or label, but the candles themselves are usually made in a factory in China using a "one size fits all" approach. You rarely have the option to choose the scent and the scent they do use could be described as "Vanilla" i.e. boring.
Also, many candles actually contain toxic ingredients or they contain scents that are known to cause health issues!
